Patterns, Frames, and Illustration Cut Material Terms

＊＊License for Use＊＊
・The material data sold can be used indefinitely, either as-is or modified, for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, but only by the purchaser of the product.
・We suggest using maGmel materials as a secondary element, such as for backgrounds or decorations in comics and illustrations, rather than as the main focus.
・For private use (for your personal enjoyment), it's okay to create goods, etc.
・Not Allowed: Creating merchandise solely with maGmel materials and selling them for profit.
・There is no need to apply for permission or to credit the use of these materials. (However, we appreciate if you do credit us.)
・maGmel holds the copyright and the rights to authorize the use of the material data included in the product.
＊＊Prohibited Actions＊＊
・It is strictly prohibited to copy all or any part of the product data onto FD/MO/CD-ROM, etc.,
and to distribute, transfer, rent, or sell it to third parties.
